   Yes , we have been buying machines from Frank at Copex for close to twenty years! Through the years we have purchased many machines from multiple manufactured brands including Xerox ,Hp, Ricoh,Savin etc.These include scanners, ink jet plotters , and multi function printers! The service and cost of these machines have always been more than fair! If there was ever a problem Frank would always be there to help resolve the issue!    Amanda at CopEx was very nice, very responsive, and helped greatly to facilitate this transfer. I really appreciate her!    CopEx's price was very reasonable. However, the extra $250 for the three very short steps was disappointing and unexpected.  Still, would work with CopEx again if needed.

   I inherited two copiers from a recent business acquisition that I no longer needed. I had to return them to the leasing bank. I found CopEx online, and the process was easy from the first call to the final pickup. Amanda in Customer Service set the schedule with speed and care. “We had been attempting to return equipment and was told that the equipment needed to be packaged to manufacturer specifications. We called to get quotes and the prices were outrageous. We called CopEx to verify what the manufacturer specifications were and they told us they could come and pick the machines up for a little over $1000. They came as soon as the bill was paid.
