   Amanda at CopEx was very nice, very responsive, and helped greatly to facilitate this transfer. I really appreciate her!    CopEx's price was very reasonable. However, the extra $250 for the three very short steps was disappointing and unexpected.  Still, would work with CopEx again if needed.

   I inherited two copiers from a recent business acquisition that I no longer needed. I had to return them to the leasing bank. I found CopEx online, and the process was easy from the first call to the final pickup. Amanda in Customer Service set the schedule with speed and care. Mason, the driver, arrived on time and kept strong communication throughout. The entire experience was efficient and straightforward. I will use CopEx again.

   This was the first time that Copex picked up from our location. Our driver Mason was so professional he called me the day before he was going to be at our office to let us know the time he was expecting to be here and he showed up at the time frame he gave us. “We had been attempting to return equipment and was told that the equipment needed to be packaged to manufacturer specifications. We called to get quotes and the prices were outrageous. We called CopEx to verify what the manufacturer specifications were and they told us they could come and pick the machines up for a little over $1000. They came as soon as the bill was paid.
